Charlie Wilson, the visionary Founder and CEO of Azura Hospitality, is renowned for his innovative approach to leadership and community development. With over two decades of experience in the senior living hospitality industry, Charlie has consistently demonstrated his ability to transform ideas into successful ventures. He spent the last 24 years with Buckner Retirement Services, Inc., honing his expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational growth. Under his leadership, the organization saw significant expansions and the development of award-winning communities like Ventana by Buckner in Dallas. Charlie’s passion for excellence and innovation is evident in his commitment to creating vibrant, joyful communities that prioritize both functionality and emotional well-being. His leadership style is characterized by a focus on continuous improvement and a deep understanding of the importance of culture in shaping successful organizations. Charlie’s vision for Azura Hospitality is to continue building spaces that inspire joy and foster meaningful connections, ensuring that every guest feels at home.
Ron Jennette
Ron Jennette brings more than 30 years of senior living leadership experience to our work, guiding organizations through growth, stabilization, and meaningful cultural renewal. He has served as President & COO, CEO, CFO, and senior advisor across major multisite systems, consistently strengthening operations, improving financial health, and elevating resident and staff satisfaction.
Ron’s career includes leading large CCRC and senior living organizations such as SantaFe Senior Living in Florida and Methodist Retirement Communities in Texas, where he helped transform struggling systems into thriving, mission‑aligned communities. He is known for his steady leadership, his ability to revitalize culture and teams, and his commitment to serving older adults with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
Today, Ron partners with our organization as a trusted expert, offering strategic insight and hands‑on experience in operations, financial strategy, governance, and long‑term planning.
