Ron\u2019s career includes leading large CCRC and senior living organizations such as SantaFe Senior Living in Florida and Methodist Retirement Communities in Texas, where he helped transform struggling systems into thriving, mission\u2011aligned communities. He is known for his steady leadership, his ability to revitalize culture and teams, and his commitment to serving older adults with integrity, compassion, and excellence.<\/p>\n
